When someone mentions cauliflower, you don't always get the juices flowing. But David shows us how you can turn the root vegetable into a delicious, and nutritious lunch option!
This roasted & spiced cauliflower wrap is the perfect quick and nutricious lunch option to keep you firmly fixed on your fitness goals.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Toss the cauliflower with the olive oil and spice paste. Bake on the baking sheet for 15 minutes.
Mix the tahini with lime juice and sriracha. Place the spinach, roasted cauliflower and pickles on half the flatbread then drizzle on tahini sauce and roll up.
Spoon into deep bowls, sprinkle on crumbled feta cheese and herbs to taste.
