The 4,954 square centimetre plate takes pancakes and eggs at one end while bacon and hash browns sizzle at the other, and because every zone has its own control you can hold one area low for warming and another high for searing.

Everyday convenience is built in: a pivoting paper towel holder, a bottle opener and a magnetic toolbar for spatulas and scrapers, plus a hood that lets you shut the griddle away after use. It arrives flat-packed for assembly onto its cart with the supplied hardware; an LPG cylinder is not included.

What stands out

Four independent heat zones

Four stainless tubular burners, each with its own control, so mains and sides cook at different temperatures at the same time.

91 x 55cm cooking surface

Nearly half a square metre of flat top, enough for a dozen burgers or a full breakfast for six.

Protective hood

Painted hood with stainless hardware keeps the seasoned plate clean and dry between cooks.

Folding side shelves

Two fold-down shelves with three magnetic tool hooks, a magnetic toolbar, paper towel holder and bottle opener.

Rear grease management

Push grease and debris to the rear opening and it collects in a removable cup.

Mobile cart

Bottom storage shelf, two locking casters and two fixed wheels to roll it into position.

Key features

Type: 4-burner LPG gas griddle with hood on a mobile cart

Cooking surface: 91 x 55cm (4,954 sq cm)

Heat zones: 4, independently controlled

Ignition: Electric push-button

Hood: Painted steel with stainless hardware and handle

Side shelves: 2 folding, 3 magnetic tool hooks

Grease: Patented rear grease management with cup

Cart: Bottom shelf, 2 locking casters, 2 fixed wheels

Dimensions: 163.8 x 71.1 x 104.1cm (W x D x H), shelves out

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0550/5807/1748/files/2151EU_36GriddlewHood_Sequence_INTL_01.jpg?v=1792694275
https://euronics.ie/products/blackstone-original-36-griddle-with-hood-4-burner-gas-griddle-black-257-2151eu
