What are my Delivery Options?

  • Small Items e.g Kettles, Vacuum Cleaners, TVs up 48" are delivered via DPD or An Post in 1-3 working days.
  • Large Appliances are delivered via Caulfield Transport and will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days. Please note: Rural addresses may take slightly longer. You will receive a text message from our delivery partner with an estimated delivery time.
  • Special Orders may take longer to deliver. Please see individual product delivery information for more details. Or contact us for more information.

Delivery Access Requirements

To ensure a successful delivery, customers must declare any access challenges at the time of ordering, including but not limited to:

  • Stairs and the number of flights
  • Narrow doorways or passages
  • Tight corners or turns
  • Low ceilings
  • Restricted access to premises

For undeclared access challenges discovered during delivery, the following conditions will apply:

  1. We reserve the right to abort the delivery if access is deemed unsafe or impossible.
  2. The customer will be liable for any redelivery fees, which will be a minimum of €50.
  3. Additional handling charges may apply to address non-standard access requirements.
  4. In certain cases, we may offer delivery to outside the premises with customer agreement.

Delivery Pricing

  • The base delivery charges are based on standard access to the delivery location.
  • Additional fees will apply for special handling requirements.
  • Undeclared access requirements discovered during delivery will incur supplementary charges.
  • Failed deliveries due to undeclared access challenges will result in:
    • A minimum redelivery fee of €50.
    • Additional handling charges where applicable.
  • We may, upon customer agreement, deliver items outside the premises if the delivery cannot be completed due to access limitations.

Can My local store deliver my product for me?

To arrange a delivery from your local store, please contact the store directly or use our Click & Reserve system for a call back. If you would like to purchase something for delivery from your local store, the store will organise payment from you directly.

All orders placed online through euronics.ie will be delivered from our central warehouse where the standard shipping times and rates apply. Online orders cannot be collected in-store. If you wish to reserve a specific product in-store, please fill out the Reserve Request form on the product page.
