Ordering & Delivery

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is priced by item size — small items from €6.99, large appliances from €34.99, and two-man deliveries from €49. Your exact cost is confirmed at checkout. See full delivery information.
How long will delivery take?
Small items arrive in 1–3 working days, and large appliances in 3–6 working days. Rural areas and special orders can take a little longer.
Can I track my order?
Yes — small items are tracked via DPD or An Post, and large appliance deliveries include an SMS with an estimated delivery time.
Do you deliver across Ireland?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Larger appliances are delivered by our logistics partner, who'll be in touch to arrange a time.

Installation

Do you install appliances?
Yes — home installation can be added to online orders delivered to Carlow, Kilkenny and Waterford. Outside these counties, your local Euronics store can arrange installation on an in-store purchase. See installation.
What's included in an installation?
Unpacking, positioning, plumb-in or connection to an existing water/electrical point, removal of your old appliance, and removal of all packaging. Fitting is on a like-for-like basis.
Do you install gas appliances?
No — we don't currently install gas appliances.

Returns & Faults

My item arrived damaged — what should I do?
Don't install it. Contact the Online Team as soon as you notice — with your order number and photos of the damage — and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund. Full details on refund & returns information.
Can I return something I've changed my mind about?
Yes — you have a 14-day window to return unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Just let us know within 14 days of delivery. See refund & returns information.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 14 working days of us receiving and inspecting your return.

Can I buy online and collect in store?
Yes — reserve online and collect at your nearest member store with Click & Reserve.
Where are your stores?
We have 60+ independently-owned member stores across Ireland. Find your nearest with the store locator.
Do my products come with a warranty?
Yes — every product comes with the manufacturer's warranty, and you can add an extended warranty for extra peace of mind.
Can you take away my old appliance?
Yes — we remove your old appliance as part of an installation, and we offer free recycling of old electrical goods.
