1Who we are & Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Euronics.ie and any purchases made via this website. Euronics.ie is operated by:

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use our website.

2Definitions

  • “Buyer”: the customer placing an order.
  • “Seller”: Electrobuy LTD, trading as Euronics.ie.
  • “Goods”: products available for purchase on Euronics.ie.
  • “Order”: the purchase request submitted by the Buyer.
  • “Contract”: the legally binding agreement formed when we accept your order.

3Orders, Pricing & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices displayed include VAT where applicable and are shown in Euro (€).
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, or refuse orders where necessary.
  • Payment is taken at checkout using secure third-party payment providers.
  • If an error in pricing occurs, we may cancel the order or contact you before dispatch.

4Delivery & Risk Transfer

Deliveries are handled according to our Delivery Policy. Risk passes to you once the Goods are delivered to the address provided or collected where applicable.

You must provide accurate delivery information. Additional charges may apply for missed deliveries, inaccurate addresses, or undisclosed access restrictions.

5Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods

Returns and faulty goods are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept that policy.

6Intellectual Property

All content on Euronics.ie, including product descriptions, images, graphics, layout, and branding, belongs to Electrobuy LTD or its licensors.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorised copying, data scraping, modification, or resale of content is prohibited.

7Acceptable Use

When using Euronics.ie, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Interfere with website functionality, security, or data.
  • Create automated scripts or bots without permission.
  • Submit false information when placing an order.

8Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Electrobuy LTD is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, etc.).
  • Delays caused by third-party couriers or events beyond our control.
  • Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for the Goods.

9Product Warranties

Many products sold on Euronics.ie include manufacturer warranties. Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law remain unaffected.

Brightside cover

Brightside extended warranty

You can add a Brightside extended warranty to eligible products when you buy them. It covers repair or replacement costs after a mechanical or electrical breakdown, including call-out, labour, transport, replacement parts and VAT. Cover starts when the manufacturer’s guarantee ends.

The extended warranty is an insurance product. It is underwritten by AWP P&C S.A., Dutch Branch, trading as Allianz Partners Europe, and administered in Ireland by Frith Service Contracts Limited, trading as Brightside, which is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland (number C51103).

It is a separate contract between you and the insurer, on the terms in Brightside’s policy terms and Insurance Product Information Document. You can cancel it within 14 days of buying your product for a full refund, as long as no claim has been made. We register your cover with Brightside once your order is placed.

The extended warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. See your legal guarantee rights.

10Privacy & Data Protection

11Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

12Changes to These Terms

13Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
