In one minute: what these Online Sales Terms mean
  • These terms apply to purchases made on Euronics.ie.
  • They work alongside our main Terms of Service (they don’t replace them).
  • Prices include VAT where applicable; delivery charges are shown at checkout.
  • Delivery timeframes and options are explained on our Delivery Information page.
  • You may have a 14-day right to withdraw (consumer rights), with details on our Refunds & Returns page.
  • If something is faulty, your statutory rights remain protected and we’ll help you through the correct process.

1. How this page fits with our Terms of Service

Important: This Online Sales Terms page is intended as a customer-friendly guide to how online purchasing works. For broader website rules (acceptable use, IP, privacy, liability framework), please also read our Terms of Service.

Where there is any inconsistency, the Terms of Service and your statutory consumer rights take precedence.

4. Ordering & contract formation

  • Placing an Order creates a request to buy Goods.
  • You will receive an email confirming we have received your Order.
  • A Contract is formed when we accept the Order (typically when the Goods are dispatched).

5. Pricing, errors & availability

  • Prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Delivery charges (if any) are shown during checkout.
  • If an obvious pricing/description error occurs, we may contact you to confirm or cancel/refund before dispatch.
  • All Orders are subject to availability.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using secure payment providers. Please see our Payment Methods page for the options currently available.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and indicative lead times are outlined on our Delivery Information page.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to product type, location (including rural addresses), and operational constraints (e.g. peak periods).

8. Cancellations & right to withdraw

Consumers who purchase online may have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods, subject to conditions and exclusions. Please see our Refunds & Returns page for the up-to-date process and requirements.

9. Returns & refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Refunds & Returns information page. That page sets out the process, timelines, and any conditions (e.g. item condition, packaging, and exclusions).

10. Faulty goods & warranties

Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are not affected. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Many products also include a manufacturer warranty. Where appropriate, inspection/repair processes may apply before a final remedy is confirmed. The best starting point is our Refunds & Returns page or contacting our support team.

11. Liability

Our liability position, including limitations where permitted by law, is set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in these Online Sales Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under Irish law.

12. Governing law

These Online Sales Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, consistent with our Terms of Service.
