Air Frying

Air frying is a cooking method that uses hot air to cook food instead of oil. The main difference between air frying and deep-frying is the amount of oil used. Deep-frying involves submerging food in hot oil, which can result in an oily and greasy texture. Air frying, on the other hand, uses little to no oil, resulting in a crispy exterior and a juicy interior.

Air frying is also a quicker and more convenient cooking method. Air Fryers are similar to small ovens, however, they do not need time to pre-heat. This saves a lot of time for cooking in a hurry and also saves a lot of energy given the fact that you do not need to pre-heat an entire oven for a small dish.
