The Judge JEA23 is an electric skillet built to do the job of several pans at once: fry, roast, grill, casserole and steam, all controlled by a single button and a regulated thermostat. Twin carry handles make it portable enough to bring straight to the table, where a vented glass lid keeps food visible and warm until it's served.

At 1500W with a non-stick coating, it moves between braising a casserole and finishing a fry-up without switching pans or scrubbing a stuck base afterwards.
