The FlexFlame system gives you proper heat control, and it holds temperature well—something cheaper BBQs struggle with. Build quality is excellent too, feels like it’ll last a few Irish summers. It’s big, and not one for small patios or casual use. But if you love outdoor cooking and want one unit that does it all, this is a brilliant buy.
