The 80 litre multifunction oven is the one you will use most, with eight functions covering fanned, conventional, fan-assisted and fanned grilling, plus a browning element, base heat only, defrost and the oven light. Its liners are catalytic. The 82 litre fanned oven on the right runs a single fanned setting across nine shelf levels, which is what you want when a roast simply needs steady heat for two hours.

How the induction hob behaves

Five zones, nine power levels and three low-temperature settings give a wide working range. The central zone is the powerful one at 3.20 kW, and power boost is there when a large pan needs to come up quickly. A bridging zone links two zones so the supplied griddle can be used across them. Pan detection, hot hob indicators, residual heat indicators, a child lock and overheat detection are all built in.
