Description

Belling 7kg 1200rpm Washing Machine, White · product code BFW712

Belling's BFW712 is a 7kg washing machine with a slimline 40cm depth, so it fits a narrow kitchen, a utility cupboard or an apartment where a standard machine cannot. Fifteen programmes are chosen on the dial and LED buttons, among them the Eco 40-60 programme and two rapid washes, one of 15 minutes for a few lightly worn items and one of 45 minutes for a fuller load.

A 1200rpm spin wrings water out of the load before it goes on the line or into the dryer, and delay start lets a cycle finish when you get home rather than while you are out. The white cabinet is 59.5cm wide and 85cm tall, and the machine is part of Belling's Classico range of simple, straightforward laundry appliances.

Full description

The Belling BFW712 is a slimline washing machine, 40cm deep and 59.5cm wide, so it fits a narrow galley kitchen, a utility cupboard or an apartment where a full-depth machine will not. The 7kg drum still takes a decent family load, and the 1200rpm spin leaves clothes ready for the line or the dryer.

Fifteen programmes are set on the dial, with Eco 40-60 for everyday loads and two rapid washes: 15 minutes for a few lightly worn items and 45 minutes for a bigger load in a hurry. The LED buttons handle spin speed, delay start and the extra functions, so a wash can be timed to finish when you walk in. Belling calls this its Classico range: a plain white machine with simple controls that does the everyday job without fuss.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
