Description

Blackstone Original 36" Griddle with Hood, 4 Burner Gas Griddle, Black · product code 257-2151EU

The Blackstone Original 36" Griddle with Hood is the full-size outdoor cooking station: a 91 x 55cm rolled-steel flat top with four independently controlled heat zones, so a breakfast for the whole family, or burgers, onions and a stir-fry for a party, cook side by side at their own temperatures. Four stainless steel tubular burners light with push-button ignition and run from a bottled LPG cylinder, which is not included.

A painted hood keeps the plate clean and protected between cooks, two folding side shelves give you prep space with three magnetic tool hooks, and the patented rear grease management system pushes fat and debris into a cup at the back for easy clean-up. The whole station rides on a mobile cart with two locking casters and a bottom shelf, and measures 163.8cm wide with the shelves out.

Full description

Blackstone's 36-inch griddle is the model that made flat-top cooking a back-garden fixture. The 4,954 square centimetre plate takes pancakes and eggs at one end while bacon and hash browns sizzle at the other, and because every zone has its own control you can hold one area low for warming and another high for searing.

Everyday convenience is built in: a pivoting paper towel holder, a bottle opener and a magnetic toolbar for spatulas and scrapers, plus a hood that lets you shut the griddle away after use. It arrives flat-packed for assembly onto its cart with the supplied hardware; an LPG cylinder is not included.

What stands out

Four independent heat zones

Four stainless tubular burners, each with its own control, so mains and sides cook at different temperatures at the same time.

91 x 55cm cooking surface

Nearly half a square metre of flat top, enough for a dozen burgers or a full breakfast for six.

Protective hood

Painted hood with stainless hardware keeps the seasoned plate clean and dry between cooks.

Folding side shelves

Two fold-down shelves with three magnetic tool hooks, a magnetic toolbar, paper towel holder and bottle opener.

Rear grease management

Push grease and debris to the rear opening and it collects in a removable cup.

Mobile cart

Bottom storage shelf, two locking casters and two fixed wheels to roll it into position.
