The R20 Pro brings strong cordless performance together with automation designed to make routine floorcare more efficient. Its 600W motor operates at up to 120,000rpm and produces up to 200AW / 26,000Pa of suction, giving it the power to tackle fine dust, crumbs, pet hair and debris across a variety of household surfaces.
Rather than relying on a single fixed power setting, internal infrared sensors monitor the size and amount of particles being collected. An integrated processor then adjusts suction automatically, helping provide extra cleaning effort when dirt levels rise while using power more efficiently on lighter areas.

Long strands and pet hair can quickly collect around a conventional roller. Dreame's TangleCut multi-surface brush tackles this during the cleaning process by actively cutting hair that would otherwise wrap around the floorhead. For debris underneath furniture, the 90° bendable extension wand lets the tube articulate while the main body remains higher, making it easier to reach beneath beds and sofas. Once cleaning is finished, the freestanding storage station holds the vacuum and selected accessories without requiring holes to be drilled into a wall.

Recycling your old electricals
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. Legal guarantee
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.
