Description

Dyson Big Ball Turbine Cylinder Vacuum Cleaner · product code 640997-01

The Dyson Big Ball Turbine is a corded cylinder vacuum that rides on a ball, so it steers around corners and furniture with a flick of the wrist and picks itself up if it is pulled over. Its Turbine cleaner head combines anti-static carbon fibre filaments with stiff nylon bristles to lift stubborn dirt from hard floors and carpets alike, and Dyson's Root Cyclones keep the suction constant as the 1.5-litre bin fills.

There are no bags to buy: the filter is washable and lasts the life of the machine, and whole-machine filtration traps 99.97% of fine dust down to 0.3 microns. The bin empties hygienically in one action, quick-release tools click on and off between tasks, and a combination tool is included. It is rated at 170 Air Watts and weighs 7.7kg, with a 6.6-metre cable for whole-room reach.

Full description

Dyson's Big Ball Turbine cylinder vacuum rides on a ball for easy steering and self-rights if it falls, with a Turbine cleaner head of carbon fibre filaments and nylon bristles for all floor types and Root Cyclones that hold suction steady.

A 1.5-litre bin with one-action emptying, a washable lifetime filter, 170 Air Watts and quick-release tools including a combination tool make it a practical bagless cleaner for larger homes.

What stands out

Ball technology for easy steering

Rides on a ball to steer easily around corners and into difficult places, and picks itself up if it falls over because its centre of gravity sits inside the ball.

Made for larger areas

The 1.5-litre bin lets you clean for longer without stopping to empty.

Washable lifetime filter

No bags and no replacement filters to buy: wash the filter at home and reuse it.

Hygienic bin emptying
