The Ecovacs DEEBOT X12 OmniCyclone is the first robot with FocusJet: two crossed water jets at 46,000Pa soften dried-on coffee, sauce and footprints before the 27cm OZMO ROLLER mop goes over them in a grid pattern. The roller washes itself as it works, lifts 15mm under a cover on carpet, and TruEdge 3.0 swings it 2.58cm out so edges and corners are finished on the first pass.

The station is bagless. PureCyclone 2.0 empties the robot into a 1.6 litre cyclonic bin that holds up to 48 days of dust with under one percent suction loss and nothing to buy, while heated Fresh-flow washing cleans the mop and hot air dries it. A 3.5 litre tank covers up to 400 square metres of mopping per fill, and PowerBoost Charging Plus adds 13 percent of battery in three minutes.

Ecovacs' flagship combines 22,000Pa of BLAST suction and 22 litres a second of airflow with a dToF LiDAR map and AIVI 3D 4.0 obstacle avoidance that recognises pets, pet waste and loose cables. ZeroTangle 4.0 uses lateral airflow to keep hair off the main brush, and the dirty-water box in the station cleans itself with a 5,000rpm propeller.

The 4,000mAh EV-grade pouch battery and automatic refill and drain let the X12 run as long as the job needs, with the YIKO 2.0 agent handling voice requests and the ECOVACS HOME app covering maps, schedules and 50 water-flow levels. The robot stands 98mm tall and climbs 2.4cm thresholds on four driven wheels.

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
