Flashforge PLA Basic in Silver is a cool silver tone for gadget housings, robot builds, sci-fi props and model vehicles. It gives prints a modern, technical look straight off the printer, with no painting needed, and it works well alongside black and grey for mechanical-looking multicolour models.

The 1.75mm filament is kept to ±0.03mm for consistent layers and wound neatly to prevent tangles across the 1kg spool. PLA Basic is Flashforge's easy-going all-rounder. It prints at 190–240°C on a gentle 25–60°C bed, so it suits beginners and seasoned makers on any 1.75mm FDM printer, and the diameter is held to ±0.03mm for even extrusion and clean layers from the first metre of the spool to the last.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
