Full description
Contrast 2 is Hyperice's renamed and updated X 2, the wearable that replaced the ice bath and the heat pad with a single electronic unit. Heat, cold and compression are all generated in the control box, so there is nothing to freeze or boil beforehand.
Charge it with the supplied 12V wall charger, strap it on, pick hot, cold or contrast and set the time. The electronics box is IPX2 rated against drips and the whole unit works between 5 and 30°C.
What stands out
Five heat levels
40 to 49°C, generated electronically in the control unit.
Five cold levels

Built-in compression
Five levels up to 160mmHg hold the wrap close against the shoulder.
Contrast mode
Alternates heat and cold automatically, with session time adjustable in five-minute steps.
OLED control unit and app
Select mode and level on the device, or run HyperSmart routines from the Hyperice app over Bluetooth 5.0.
