Description

Intenso A315L USB-A to Lightning Nylon Cable 1.5m 12W, White · product code 7902102

The Intenso A315L is an MFi-certified USB-A to Lightning cable, 1.5m long, for charging and syncing iPhones, Lightning iPads and iPods from a USB-A charger, car adapter, laptop or power bank. It carries up to 2.4A at 5V (12W), the full rate for USB-A charging of Apple devices, and transfers data at 480Mbps.

The Made for iPhone badge means Apple has certified the connector, so it works without warnings through iOS updates. White braided nylon, aluminium plugs and reinforced kink protection give it a far longer life than the cable that came in the box. It is the cable for the USB-A chargers, car adapters, power banks and laptop ports that are still everywhere, and at 40g it adds nothing to a bag.

Full description

Intenso's 315 series cables combine a braided nylon jacket with aluminium plug housings and a reinforced transition between plug and cable, the point where cheaper leads fail first. The A315L is the USB-A to Lightning member of the family in white, rated for 12W at 5.0V and 2.4A.

Both the charging rate and the Lightning connector are certified under Apple's MFi programme, so the cable behaves exactly like an Apple original with iPhone, iPad and iPod.
