The KE100 starter kit is the valve and the Kasa hub together, so a radiator can be put on a schedule and turned down from the sofa or from another country.

The valve runs on two AA batteries and talks to the hub over 868MHz; the hub connects to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. There is a control knob on the valve for anyone who prefers to turn it by hand.
