Description

Samsung Galaxy S26+ 256GB 5G Smartphone, Black · product code SM-S947BZKDEUB

The Samsung Galaxy S26+ is the bigger-screen, bigger-battery version of the S26: a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display at up to 120Hz and 2,600 nits, with ProScaler upscaling detail to the sharper panel, driven by the Exynos 2600 deca-core processor and 12GB of RAM with a redesigned vapour chamber to keep it cool. This is the 256GB model in Black.

The 4,900mAh battery runs for up to 31 hours of video, and 45W wired charging takes it to around 69% in 30 minutes. The 50MP optically stabilised main camera, 12MP ultra-wide and 10MP 3x telephoto share the ProVisual Engine and Nightography processing of the rest of the range, with 8K video and Super Steady Horizontal Lock. Gorilla Glass Victus 2 front and back, an Armor Aluminium frame and IP68 keep it safe, and Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0 and UWB handle connections. Security updates run until February 2033; a USB-C cable is included, the charger is not.

Full description

Samsung gives the S26+ the same unified design as its smaller sibling, with a single corner radius and a translucent camera island, then adds the room for a Quad HD+ panel, a 4,900mAh cell and faster charging. mDNIe processes colour and light with four times the precision of the previous generation, and ProScaler sharpens video and games up to the panel's native resolution.

Galaxy AI is built in: Now Brief collects reminders and suggestions into short briefs, Now Nudge reads context on screen and offers the next action, Photo Assist edits from a typed prompt, Creative Studio makes sticker sets, and Circle to Search with Google is a long press away. Knox Vault and the Personal Data Engine keep personal data encrypted on the phone, dual SIM covers nano-SIM plus eSIM or two eSIMs, and 220.1GB of the 256GB storage is free out of the box.

Warranty and your rights

By law you are entitled to remedies from the seller, free of charge, if goods are not in conformity with the contract. Those rights are not affected by any manufacturer warranty.

Your legal guarantee: the official EU notice

EU notice: Legal guarantee. Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union. The full text of the notice is available below.

Tap the notice to open it full size, or read the text version below.

In Ireland the two-year period is a minimum. The six-year limitation period in which consumers in Ireland can raise a problem with goods is not affected.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

Recycling your old electricals

Recycling your old electricals

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
