Description

Sennheiser BTD 600 Bluetooth Dongle · product code 700248

Some laptops and desktops make Bluetooth audio harder than it should be. The Sennheiser BTD 600 is a compact USB dongle that solves it, adding proper wireless audio to a PC or Mac with plug-and-play setup and no drivers to install. It supports a broad codec list including SBC, AAC and the aptX family, with aptX Adaptive and aptX Lossless among them, and latency as low as 39 milliseconds keeps sound in step with video and games. USB-A and USB-C connections are both covered.

It is designed to stay out of the way. The dongle remembers paired devices, so moving between a work computer and a home machine takes moments, and multipoint support means it can hold more than one connection. Status LEDs tell you at a glance what is connected and which codec is in use, while Class 1 transmission provides a stable link across a room. Firmware updates arrive through Sennheiser's updater tool, and compatibility extends across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
