The Sennheiser HD 820 Closed-Back Headphones is designed for everyday listening, calls and time on the move, with the core audio and comfort features easy to compare.

Closed headphones normally trap reflections behind the driver and muddy the result. The HD 820 puts concave Gorilla Glass reflectors there instead, steering that energy away from the ear.

56 mm Ring Radiator transducers cover 6 Hz to 48 kHz at 300 ohms, with 6.35 mm unbalanced and 4.4 mm balanced cables for the amplifier they deserve.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
