Description

Shokz OpenDots ONE Open-Ear Clip-On Earbuds, Pink · product code 38-E310-ST-PK

Shokz OpenDots ONE are the smallest open-ear earbuds Shokz makes, 6.5g apiece, clipped to the ear by a flexible titanium alloy JointArc and finished in a soft pink that reads as jewellery rather than gadget. A dual-driver system equivalent to a 16mm driver, Bassphere technology and the OpenBass 2.0 algorithm give them real low end, while DirectPitch keeps the sound from leaking to the person next to you.

Dolby Audio and four EQ presets live in the Shokz app, Bluetooth 5.4 pairs with two devices at once, and four AI noise-cancelling microphones handle calls. A charge lasts up to 10 hours, the Qi wireless charging case takes the total to 40 hours, and 10 minutes in the case gives 2 hours. Dynamic Ear Detection means either earbud works in either ear, and the IP54 rating shrugs off sweat and showers of rain.

Full description

OpenDots ONE were designed as an accessory first: a bold clip that sits on the ear like a cuff, with touch and two-finger pinch controls that you can customise in the app. Find My Earbuds, firmware updates and battery status are in the app too.

The case charges over the included USB-C cable in two hours or on a Qi pad in four, and standby stretches to 270 days. Pink sits alongside Black and Grey in the OpenDots ONE range.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
