Description

Shokz OpenMove Blue Bone Conduction Sports Headphones, Blue · product code 38-S661BL

Open-ear listening keeps you in touch with the world, and the Shokz OpenMove in Elevation Blue is a fine introduction to it. Bone conduction leaves your ears completely free, so a busy street, a cycle path or a shared office remains audible while your music or podcast plays. PremiumPitch 2.0 stereo sound is tuned for balanced listening, and a durable titanium-frame band holds a light, secure fit that stays comfortable through the day.

Bluetooth 5.1 provides a stable connection over a 10 m range, with multipoint pairing so two devices can stay connected at once and calls reach you while you are listening to something else. Around six hours of music and calls come from a single charge, with USB-C charging taking roughly two hours and standby lasting up to 10 days. An IP55 rating handles sweat and dust, dual noise-cancelling mics manage calls, and a two-year warranty applies.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
