Description

Shokz OpenSwim Pro Bone Conduction Swimming Headphones, Red · product code 38-S711-ST-RD

Shokz OpenSwim Pro are bone conduction headphones built for the pool and the open water, rated IP68 for submersion to 2 metres for 2 hours. PremiumPitch 2.0+ transducers send sound through the cheekbones, leaving the ears open and free for earplugs, and a 32GB MP3 player holds thousands of tracks for laps where Bluetooth cannot reach. Red, with red transducers on a grey band.

Out of the water they switch to Bluetooth 5.4 with multipoint pairing, so the same 27.5g wraparound band works for a run or a bike ride, with a dual noise-reduction microphone for calls. Battery life is up to 9 hours in Bluetooth mode or 6 hours playing MP3s, charged through a 4-pin magnetic cable. Sports-optimised physical buttons work with wet fingers, and swimming earplugs and a silicone carrying case are in the box.

Full description

Shokz's open-ear approach suits swimmers because nothing sits in the ear canal: the transducers rest in front of the ears and a triple-sealed design keeps the water out. Supported formats include MP3, WAV, WMA, AAC, M4A, APE and FLAC, loaded from a computer over the charging cable.

The Shokz app adds EQ presets, custom EQ and firmware updates when the headphones are in Bluetooth mode. This is the EU S711 edition of the OpenSwim Pro.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
