Keep watch over what’s going on in your home with the TP-Link Tapo C100 Full HD 1080p WiFi Security Camera. This useful camera gives you peace of mind when you’re away from home with a crisp and rich Full HD stream straight to your smartphone or tablet.
It’s got a night vision feature too so you’ll always get a crystal clear view whether it’s light or dark. It stores recordings on a microSD card (sold separately) and can store up to 16 whole days of video on a 128 GB microSD card.
Smartphone notifications
Keeping an eye on your home is important, but obviously you can’t be glued to a video feed 24/7. The Tapo C100 helps out by sending you notifications when it detects new movements and sounds – so you can switch on and check things out only when you need to.
With the Tapo app, you can also set specific activity zones to only receive alerts that are relevant. And you can also trigger light and sound alarm when your camera detects unwanted visitors.
Two-way audio
More than just a camera, the TP-Link Tapo C100 is also kitted out with two-way audio – so you can easily shout little messages to the family – even when you’re not at home.
Compatible with Amazon Alexa
If you’ve got Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant, you can use it to control your Tapo C100 and see your video stream with easy voice commands.
Motion Detection
Receive a notification whenever your camera detects motion and see a video clip of the motion for closer inspection. Also, you can personalize your own experiences by setting the motion detection zones to only capture what happens in the area that you choose.

Recycling your old electricals
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.

Warranty and your rights

A manufacturer warranty is provided by the manufacturer and is separate from your legal rights. By law you are entitled to remedies from the seller, free of charge, if goods are not in conformity with the contract. Those rights are not affected by any manufacturer warranty.

Legal guarantee
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:
- Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
