The Apple AirPods 4 bring the H2 chip to Apple's open-fit design, with a redesigned shape that sits more securely and comfortably than previous generations. Personalised Spatial Audio with dynamic head tracking places sound around you, Adaptive EQ tunes the low and mid frequencies to your ears in real time, and Voice Isolation keeps your voice clear on calls.
A single charge gives up to 5 hours of listening, and the USB-C charging case takes the total to 30 hours, with 5 minutes in the case returning around an hour when you are heading out. Both the earbuds and the case are rated IP54 for dust, sweat and water resistance. Siri Interactions let you answer with a nod or a shake of the head, and pairing with iPhone, iPad and Mac happens automatically.

Recycling your old electricals
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.

Warranty and your rights
By law you are entitled to remedies from the seller, free of charge, if goods are not in conformity with the contract. Those rights are not affected by any manufacturer warranty.

Legal guarantee
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:
- Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
- Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.
