A 23.8-inch all-in-one with an eight-core Core i5, a 512GB NVMe drive and a Windows Hello camera, sized for desks that cannot take a 27-inch screen.
The V400 AiO V440VA is the smaller of the two sizes in this range, at 23.8 inches rather than 27, and it is the one that fits a shelf, an alcove or a shared kitchen worktop. The computer is inside the panel, a wireless keyboard and mouse come in the box, and Windows 11 Home is installed and ready.
An Intel Core i5-13420H supplies eight cores and twelve threads with a 4.6GHz peak, and a 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD on the PCIe 4.0 bus keeps the machine responsive. The Full HD panel uses an IPS-level wide-view layer with 178-degree viewing angles, an anti-glare coating and TUV Rheinland eye-care certification.

A tidy desktop that keeps its ports
There is no tower, no video lead between two boxes and no second power brick, and the keyboard and mouse are wireless. What has not been sacrificed is connectivity.
