Belling's BR90WH is the 50cm answer for a kitchen that needs a little freezer space without a full fridge freezer. An 88-litre fridge with two glass shelves and a salad drawer sits below a 14-litre four-star ice box that will freeze fresh food as well as keep it frozen, and three door shelves take the bottles and cartons.

LED lighting, silver shelf trims and a reversible door are all included, and at 84cm tall and 56cm deep it fits under a worktop with the units either side. The EU label rates it E at 139kWh a year and 40dB, so it is quiet enough for an open-plan kitchen, and the plain white finish sits comfortably beside any standard washing machine or dishwasher.

The Belling BR90WH is a 50cm-wide under-counter fridge with a four-star ice box, a size that bridges the gap between slimline models and full 55cm cabinets. It holds 102 litres in total: an 88-litre fridge with two glass shelves, a salad drawer and three door shelves, plus a 14-litre freezer compartment at the top that can freeze 2.4kg of fresh food in 24 hours.

LED lighting makes the interior easy to see, silver trims finish the shelves, and the door can be hung on the left or the right. At 84cm tall and 56cm deep it sits under a standard worktop. The energy label gives it class E at 139kWh a year with a noise level of 40dB.
