Description

Blackstone 3 Piece Hamburger Kit · product code 257-5462EU

The Blackstone 3 Piece Hamburger Kit is the smash burger set: a burger press to flatten a ball of mince onto the hot plate for maximum crust, a large hamburger spatula with the width and edge to scrape the patty up in one piece, and a 25 x 25cm square basting dome to melt the cheese and steam the bun on top.

All three pieces are stainless steel with heat-resistant handles and go in the dishwasher after the cook. The square dome covers two patties side by side, and the spatula doubles as a scraper for clearing the plate between batches. Smash, season, flip, cover: four steps to a diner-style burger at home, and the same tools handle grilled cheese and bacon.
