Description

Blackstone Large Silicone Griddle Tool Mat, Grey · product code 257-4222EU

The Blackstone Griddle Tool Mat gives greasy spatulas and scrapers somewhere to rest that is not your side shelf or the patio table. Made from 100% silicone and measuring roughly 23.5 x 31cm, it catches drips from oily tools and squeeze bottles, wipes clean with a cloth and goes in the dishwasher when it needs more than a wipe.

It is heat resistant for use on the griddle's side shelf, next to the hot plate, though not on the cooking surface itself. The large size holds two or three long griddle tools side by side, and the grey finish hides the inevitable oil marks between washes. Roll it up for storage or hang it with the rest of the kit when the cover goes on.

Full description

Griddle tools are long and messy, and the magnetic hooks on a Blackstone shelf only hold so much. A silicone mat on the shelf stops oil tracking everywhere and keeps the handles within reach.

Silicone does not absorb grease or odours, so the mat stays clean through a season of cooking and rinses clean under the tap.
