Full description
Blackstone designed the E-Series for cooks who want the griddle experience indoors or anywhere with a socket. The 22-inch plate is wide enough for a full breakfast spread, and the two zones mean you are not compromising on temperature when different foods share the surface.
Non-stick means clean-up is a wipe once the plate cools. Use nylon or wooden tools, keep metal scourers away from the coating, and leave the hood open when cooking for more than about ten minutes at a time.
What stands out
Two independent heat zones
Twin EZ-Touch dials run each half of the 58 x 34cm plate at its own temperature.
Ceramic-titanium non-stick plate
Machine-cast aluminium top with a coating that needs no seasoning.
Large LCD controller
Set temperatures read clearly on the digital display.
Rotate-and-remove glass hood
Keeps heat and splatter in while cooking, lifts off for cleaning.
Rear grease management
Fat runs to the back of the plate and into a removable cup.
Indoors or out
Plug-in power for the kitchen, balcony, caravan or garden.
