Description

Blackstone On The Go 22" Omnivore Gas Griddle with Hood and Flexfold Legs, Black · product code 257-2350DK

The Blackstone On The Go 22" Griddle folds, rolls and sets up wherever the weekend takes you. A 57 x 41.5cm Omnivore griddle plate heats quickly and recovers fast after a load of cold burgers goes on, with built-in wind guards to keep the heat where it belongs, and two independently controlled zones let you sear on one side while eggs or onions tick over on the other.

Flexfold legs with Blackstone's Roll and Go design collapse flat so the griddle wheels along on all-terrain wheels like a suitcase and stands upright on its kickstand in the garage. A built-in hood with a locking latch protects the plate in transit, the side shelf doubles as a carry handle, and the rear grease cup keeps clean-up simple. Piezo ignition means no batteries. It runs on LPG; the cylinder is not included.

Full description

Blackstone's 22-inch On The Go griddle is built for camping trips, tailgates and small patios where a full cart griddle is too much. The 2,365 square centimetre plate feeds a family, and the folding legs bring the surface to a working height of 97.5cm before dropping flat for the car boot.

Omnivore plates are Blackstone's latest griddle-top design, with quicker preheat, more even heat across the surface and better fuel efficiency than the standard plate. Everything arrives in one box for home assembly, and this is the low-pressure (28 to 37 mbar) version for Irish and UK bottled gas regulators.

What stands out

Omnivore griddle plate

Faster preheat and recovery, even heat and built-in wind guards on a 57 x 41.5cm cooking surface.

Two independent heat zones

Sear on one side and keep the other gentle for eggs, onions or buns.

Flexfold legs with Roll and Go

Legs fold flat, all-terrain wheels roll it like luggage and a kickstand parks it upright.

Built-in hood with latch

Protects the plate between cooks and locks shut for travelling.

Side shelf and carry handle

Prep space that doubles as the handle when the griddle is folded.

Rear grease management

Fat runs to a rear cup that lifts out for emptying.
