Description

Intenso F20000 20000mAh 20W Power Bank, Grey · product code 7332054

The Intenso F20000 doubles up with 20,000mAh in a grey case that is 28mm thick and 365g, enough to refill a phone four or five times or top up a tablet across a weekend away. USB-C Power Delivery pushes up to 20W into an iPhone or Android phone, PPS keeps Samsung handsets charging at their fastest rate, and the USB-A port adds Quick Charge 3.0 at up to 18W. Use both ports at once and 15W is shared between two devices.

A digital display counts the remaining charge down in one-percent steps, so there is no guessing from four LEDs. The bank recharges over USB-C at up to 18W, overvoltage, overcharge, discharge and short-circuit protection are built in, and a USB-C to USB-C cable and a wristband come in the box. Intenso also offers the F20000 in purple, blue and green if you want to mix and match.

Full description

Intenso's F series power banks pair a lithium-polymer cell with the two fast-charging standards that matter: USB-C Power Delivery 3.0 with PPS for iPhone, Samsung and Pixel, and Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 over USB-A for everything else. At 20,000mAh the F20000 is the size to take travelling, with enough capacity to look after a phone and earbuds for several days.

The grey F20000 finish is a matte, fingerprint-resistant plastic with a percentage readout on the top edge. Charging the bank itself takes a USB-C PD charger (18W input), so the same cable that charges your phone recharges the bank.

What stands out

20W USB-C Power Delivery

The USB-A port steps up to 9V/2A or 12V/1.5A for Quick Charge phones, and supplies 5V/3A to anything else.

Remaining capacity is shown as a number rather than a row of LEDs.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
