Nextbase states that U3 speed is required for its 4K recording and rear-module use cases, making the card a manufacturer-matched storage option for supported dash cams.
With 128GB of capacity, the card provides approximately 18 hours of HD recording before loop recording overwrites the oldest unprotected files, or about 7 hours when a rear-view module is being used. A microSD-to-SD adapter is included for reading files on a laptop or desktop computer. As with all dash-cam storage, compatibility should be checked against the exact camera model and its supported maximum card capacity before purchase.
