The Nextbase Piqo Pro Install Cable is the manufacturer’s fuse-box hardwiring solution for Piqo 1K and Piqo 2K dash cams. It links the vehicle fuse box to the Piqo power cable and works with both 12V and 24V electrical systems. The kit includes a hardwire adapter and four fuse types, giving installers the manufacturer-specified components needed for common fuse-box layouts while keeping the vehicle’s 12V accessory socket free.
When connected to a permanent-live circuit, the cable’s built-in minimum voltage limiter helps protect the vehicle battery and provides the permanent supply required for Piqo Smart Parking. On a switched-live circuit, the dash cam can power on and start recording when the vehicle is opened or started. This accessory is only compatible with Piqo 1K and Piqo 2K, so it is intended specifically for drivers choosing a fixed Piqo installation rather than an OBD connection.
