Description

Soundcore Q21i Wireless ANC Headphones, Black · product code A3004311

Hybrid active noise cancellation is the centrepiece of the Soundcore Q21i, and it makes a convincing case for itself on flights, commutes and in busy workspaces by reducing ambient noise by up to 98 percent. Forty-millimetre dynamic drivers with Hi-Res audio support bring clarity and punch to music and podcasts, and transparency mode lets you hear announcements without removing the headphones. A 3.5mm wired option and Bluetooth 5.3 cover every source, and the foldable frame makes them easy to pack.

They are built to be undemanding. Up to 40 hours of playback with ANC on takes care of a week of commuting, a full charge takes around two hours over USB-C, and five minutes on the cable returns roughly four hours. Multipoint Bluetooth keeps a laptop and phone connected simultaneously, so calls arrive without any manual switching. HearID and custom EQ in the Soundcore app let you personalise the tuning, and a two-year warranty covers the headphones for the longer term.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

For more information on your rights in a specific country, scan the QR code below or ask the seller. europa.eu/youreurope/guarantees

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.

Recycling your old electricals

Recycling your old electricals

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
