The AOC 27B3HA2 is a 27-inch Full HD monitor for the desk that does everything: spreadsheets and video calls in the day, Netflix and a bit of gaming in the evening. The IPS panel shows the same colours from any angle across its 178-degree viewing cone, covers 101% of sRGB and reaches 300 nits, so documents stay crisp and films look the way they should. A 100Hz refresh rate and Adaptive Sync make scrolling and casual games noticeably smoother than a standard 60Hz office screen.

Two 2W speakers are built in, so there is no need for a separate pair for calls or background music, and a headphone socket takes over when you want privacy. HDMI 1.4 and VGA inputs cover a modern laptop and an older desktop alike, the stand tilts from -5 to 23 degrees, and a 100 x 100mm VESA pattern lets you swap it for an arm. It is rated energy class E.

AOC's B3 series is the sensible everyday monitor: a 27-inch Full HD IPS panel in a slim four-sided-narrow-bezel frame, with a 100Hz refresh rate that takes the judder out of scrolling, cursor movement and casual games. It is the size most people find right for a home office, at a pixel density that keeps text readable without scaling.

AOC Low Blue Light and Flicker-Free technologies take the strain out of long sessions, and the whole thing weighs under 4kg with the stand, so it moves between rooms without fuss. An HDMI cable and a power lead are in the box.

Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) is taken back free of charge on a one-for-one, like-for-like basis. Waste batteries including rechargeable batteries are taken back free of charge. You are not obliged to make any purchase when returning old batteries. Each local authority must also accept household WEEE and small batteries free of charge at its recycling facilities. All WEEE and waste batteries must be recycled and should not be placed in any of your household wheelie bins. Make sure you always recycle all your old electrical goods and batteries.
