Description

Belling 55cm 230L Frost Free Fridge Freezer, Inox · product code BFF230IX

The inox version of Belling's 55cm fridge freezer brings a brushed-steel look to a narrow space. Inside are 230 litres of storage, split between a 144-litre fridge with three shelves and a salad crisper and an 86-litre freezer with three drawers, and Total No Frost means you never defrost either compartment, so the drawers stay free of ice and easy to open.

Electronic temperature controls and silver interior trims make it precise and tidy, an open-door alert warns if a door is left ajar, and at 166cm tall by 64cm deep it fits under most wall units. Rated E at 223kWh a year and 40dB, it is a practical choice for a compact kitchen that wants the look of stainless steel without giving up a full fridge and a proper three-drawer freezer. It is the same appliance as the white BFF230WH, in a finish that matches inox ovens and hoods.

Full description

The Belling BFF230IX packs 230 litres of storage into a cabinet just 55cm wide: a 144-litre fridge on top with three shelves and a salad crisper, and an 86-litre freezer below with three drawers. Total No Frost technology keeps ice from forming in the fridge and the freezer, so there is no defrosting to do by hand.

Electronic temperature controls set the cooling precisely, silver trims give the interior a tidy finish, and an alert sounds if a door has been left open. The cabinet stands 166cm tall and 64cm deep, is rated E for energy at 223kWh a year and runs at 40dB. The inox finish gives a small kitchen a stainless-steel look.

What stands out

Total No Frost

Frost does not build up in the fridge or the freezer, so there is nothing to defrost and the drawers stay easy to open.

230 litres in a 55cm width

A 144-litre fridge and an 86-litre freezer in a cabinet just 55cm wide, for kitchens where a 60cm appliance would not fit.

Electronic temperature controls

Set the temperature precisely rather than guessing with a dial.

Three freezer drawers

Frozen food stays sorted by type, and each drawer pulls out for easy loading.

Three shelves and a salad crisper

Shelves for everyday groceries plus a crisper drawer for fruit and vegetables.

Inox finish, silver trims

A brushed inox exterior with silver detailing inside for a clean, modern look.

Rated E, 40dB

223kWh a year and 40dB running, rated C for noise.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
