Description

Belling 90cm Curved Glass Chimney Hood, Black · product code CHIM904GBLK

The Belling CHIM904GBLK stretches the curved glass chimney hood to 90cm, the right width for a range cooker or a wide hob. Its black body and smoked glass canopy make a strong centrepiece on the wall, while the glass wings extend the canopy well beyond the body on each side.

The motor is rated at 750 cubic metres an hour, with a choice of fan speeds selected by push buttons on the front edge, which also switch the two LED lights. Washable metal grease filters line the underside and go in the sink rather than the bin. The hood body is 90cm wide, 49cm deep and 19cm tall before the chimney is added, and it is the black counterpart to the stainless steel CHIM904GSTA.

Full description

Belling's CHIM904GBLK is a 90cm chimney hood with a curved smoked-glass canopy and a black body, the wider partner to the 60cm CHIM604GBLK. Extraction is rated at 750m³/h.

Push-button controls, two LED lights and washable metal grease filters cover the everyday essentials. Belling appliances are distributed in Ireland by Glen Dimplex Ireland.

What stands out

Curved glass canopy

A wide sweep of smoked glass in front of the black body, 90cm across, with a slim profile from the side.

750m³/h extraction

Rated at 750 cubic metres an hour, enough to clear a range cooker or a wide hob in regular use.

Push-button controls

Buttons on the front edge select the fan speed and switch the lights on and off.

Twin LED lights

Two LED lamps in the underside light the hob below.

Washable metal filters

Metal grease filters across the underside trap fat and wash rather than needing replacement.

Sized for 90cm cookers

The body measures 90cm wide, 49cm deep and 19cm high before the chimney, so it suits a 90cm range cooker or hob.

Legal guarantee

Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.

Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:

  • do not match the description;
  • do not function as intended.

Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:

  • free repair or free replacement;
  • in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.

Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.

What to do if you receive non-conforming goods:

  1. Contact the seller as soon as possible to report the issue;
  2. Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, invoice, or bank statement.

Sellers and producers may also offer commercial guarantees, which apply independently from the legal guarantee. For example, you may see this GARAN label representing a commercial guarantee of durability offered by the producer at no additional cost and covering the entire good.
