SYNC is the reason it works so well. Set each drawer independently and both still finish at the same moment; MATCH copies one drawer's settings across when you simply want double the same thing. Six food presets cover chips, poultry, roast, fish, vegetables and small pastries, and MyFry stores the setting you keep coming back to.
