A double induction hob with two independently controlled zones, built to sit on a worktop or set into one, running up to 3100W.
The Judge JEA92 is a double induction hob, giving two independently controlled cooking zones from a single portable unit. At 5.02kg and 33 x 55cm, it's built to sit on a worktop as a freestanding cooker, though single or multiple units can also be inset into a worktop and plugged into a standard socket.
Between the two zones there are eight temperature settings running from 80°C to 220°C, and a combined output of 3100W across both rings. The touch controls sit flush with no external buttons, so spills wipe straight off the glass surface, and because only the pan heats rather than the hob itself, the surface stays safer to wipe down straight after cooking.
Ideal for
Small kitchen upgrades
Two independent zones from one unit suit a kitchen that has space for one hob but needs to cook more than one thing at a time.
Extra event cooking
For entertaining or batch cooking, a second double hob adds two more independently controlled zones to a kitchen's existing cooking setup, without any building work or rewiring.
Semi-permanent installs
Because single or multiple units can be inset into a worktop, it also suits a kitchen fit-out that wants the look of a built-in hob without hardwiring.
Key features
3100W combined output
A powerful 3100W across both zones brings pans up to heat quickly, even when both rings are working at once.
Two independent zones
Large and small cooking zones are controlled separately, so two pans can run at two different temperatures at the same time.
8 temperature settings
Eight settings between 80°C and 220°C give real control across both zones, from a gentle simmer to a fast fry.
Flush touch controls
With no external buttons or dials, the flat glass surface has fewer edges for spills to catch on, so wiping it down is straightforward.
Inset or countertop use
Single or multiple units can be inset into a worktop, or simply plugged in and used as a freestanding countertop hob.
Black glass top
Finished in black glass with flush touch controls, the JEA92 suits a modern kitchen worktop as easily as a semi-built-in installation.
More to know
Two zones, one plug
A double hob usually means a built-in appliance and an electrician, but the JEA92 does the same job from a single standard plug. Large and small zones run independently across eight settings from 80°C to 220°C, so a big pan of pasta water and a small pan of sauce can run at genuinely different heats side by side, rather than sharing one setting between them.
Built in or set down
Most hobs ask a kitchen to commit one way or the other: fixed and wired in, or portable and temporary. The JEA92 is built to do either. Single or multiple units can be inset into a kitchen worktop for a neater, built-in look, or simply placed on a countertop and plugged into a standard socket, which means the decision can change later without replacing the hob itself.
Sized for what it does
At 33cm wide and 55cm long, the JEA92 is a genuinely double-sized hob rather than a single ring with an element added on, and its 5.02kg weight reflects that: this is built to stay in one place while it's in use, even though it isn't hardwired there permanently. That size is what makes two independent 8-setting zones possible, running from 80°C to 220°C with enough separation that a full pan and a small saucepan don't compete for space.
