FlameSelect is what separates it from an ordinary gas hob. Instead of judging the flame by eye, each burner adjusts through nine defined levels, so level four today is level four tomorrow. The burner line-up runs from a 1 kW economy ring through two 1.75 kW standard burners and a 3 kW high-speed burner to the 4 kW wok burner at the centre.
