The N 70 T27CS59S0 is a built-in gas hob that sets five burners into a 75.2 cm sheet of black tempered glass. It suits cooks who want flame cooking without the cleaning burden of a traditional gas hob: the glass surface wipes down easily, and continuous cast iron pan supports let pans slide between burners.
FlameSelect is the working heart of it. Each burner adjusts through nine precisely defined levels via the front-mounted sword knobs, which ignite the flame with a push and turn. Power spans a 1 kW economy burner for gentle work through to a 4 kW wok burner at the centre front for stir-fries and fast boiling.

Gas control you can count
The frustration with gas has never been the flame, it is the vagueness. FlameSelect resolves it by giving each burner nine defined levels between minimum and maximum, selected through the front sword knobs. Level two under a béchamel, level nine to bring pasta water back to the boil. Once a dish has its number, the T27CS59S0 will reproduce that exact flame every time you ask for it.
The low-maintenance gas hob
Traditional gas hobs punish good cooking with fiddly cleaning. Here the burners sit on a single sheet of black tempered glass that NEFF describes as extremely easy to clean, and the continuous cast iron pan supports lift away to leave a flat surface you can wipe in one pass. The flame failure safety device adds reassurance, stopping the gas automatically if a flame is blown out or extinguished by a boil-over.
A 75cm hob planned around real kitchens
The T27CS59S0 uses its 75.2 cm width to give five burners workable spacing while still fitting a standard 56 cm cut-out, so it can often replace a 60 cm hob without cutting a new aperture. Choose flush installation on a 30 mm worktop for a level surface, or surface mounting elsewhere. It arrives factory-set for natural gas with an LPG nozzle set included, connects at 11.5 kW, and its burner spread from 1 kW to 4 kW covers everything from melting to wok-heat cooking.

Considerations

Legal guarantee
Minimum two-year legal guarantee protection for goods sold in the European Union.
Consumers can claim their rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, for example if goods:
- do not match the description;
- do not function as intended.
Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity which existed when the goods were delivered, and which becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. Sellers in such a situation are required to offer:
- free repair or free replacement;
- in some cases, a price reduction or full reimbursement.
Some countries have a longer legal guarantee period. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.
