Nextbase Series 2 Rear View Camera 30° Telephoto | NBDVRS2RFCZ
A direct-fit 30° telephoto rear-road module for compatible Nextbase Series 2 GW dash cams.
The Nextbase Series 2 Rear View Camera is a plug-in telephoto module that records the road directly behind the vehicle by looking back through the cabin. Its 30° lens produces a narrower, mirror-like perspective designed to capture rear-road detail rather than the wider interior view of the Cabin View Camera. The module clicks directly into the side of a compatible front dash cam, avoiding the long cable needed by the separately mounted Rear Window Camera.
It works with the Nextbase 322GW, 422GW, 522GW and 622GW, but not with Piqo. Resolution adjusts according to the host camera: the 622GW can retain 4K front recording with 1080p rear; 422GW and 522GW can use 1080p front/rear or 1440p front with 720p rear; the 322GW runs 1080p front with 720p rear. The module is an accessory and requires one of those compatible front cameras to operate.

A focused rear-road perspective
The 30° telephoto lens is intentionally narrower than the Cabin View or Rear Window modules. It looks through the vehicle toward the road behind, producing a view similar to a rear-view mirror.
Direct connection keeps installation compact
Because the module connects to the front dash cam itself, there is no separate camera to mount on the rear glass and no long rear-camera cable to route through the headlining.
How It Compares
The Rear View Camera uses a 30° telephoto lens through the cabin. The Cabin View Camera uses a 140° lens for occupants and side windows, while the Rear Window Camera mounts at the rear glass and uses a 140° ultra-wide rear-road view.
