Outin Fino Electric Coffee Grinder

A cordless electric coffee grinder in Sandstone White with a 420 stainless steel conical burr, 28 grind settings and up to 18 grinds per charge in a 690 g body.

The Outin Fino is a portable electric coffee grinder built for people who refuse to compromise on fresh grounds, whether that means a worktop at home or a campsite in Kerry. At 690 g and 73 mm across, it packs a genuine burr grinder into a body you can hold in one hand, finished in a soft Sandstone White.

At its centre sits a CNC-machined 7-point conical burr in 420 high-carbon stainless steel, driven by one-touch control. An external rotation dial moves through 28 marked grind levels with stepless micro-adjustment between them, so you can travel from a fine espresso grind to a coarse French press setting and back without resetting anything.

Ideal for

Campsite espresso

Cordless grinding with up to 18 grinds per charge means fresh grounds far from any socket. Outin recommends setting 2-1 or higher when pairing with its Nano or Mino portable espresso machines.

Dialling in grind

Twenty-eight marked levels with stepless micro-adjustment between them let you chase a stubborn shot in tiny increments, from fine espresso through to coarse French press, without ever resetting the dial.

Small kitchens

At 73 mm across and 199 mm tall, the Fino stores in a drawer rather than claiming a worktop. The detachable grind catch and included cleaning brush keep the routine tidy.

Key features

28 grind settings

An external rotation dial covers everything from espresso to French press across 28 marked levels, with stepless micro-adjustment between each one for genuinely fine control over extraction.

7-point conical burr

The CNC-machined burr is cut from 420 high-carbon stainless steel, a precision grinding system at the heart of the Fino that handles any roast level.

18 grinds per charge

Twin 1000 mAh lithium cells keep the Fino grinding cordlessly, and Outin's lab testing puts a full charge at up to 18 grinds before it needs the cable.

1-hour fast charge

When the battery does run down, fast charging over the included USB-C cable brings it back in around an hour, so it is rarely out of action for long.

25 g dosing capacity

The hopper takes up to 25 g of beans in one load, filled through an ergonomic rotating collar: turn right to fill, left to open for cleaning.

690 g travel build

Food-grade plastic, aluminium and silicone keep the whole grinder at 690 g, with a detachable grind catch and a custom-fit protective pouch in the box.

More to know

One dial, twenty-eight answers

Grind size is the single biggest variable in home coffee, and the Fino gives you unusually granular control over it. The external rotation dial is marked with 28 levels running from fine espresso territory out to coarse French press, and because the adjustment is stepless between markings you can nudge a setting by a hair rather than a full step. Move between brew methods as often as you like; nothing needs resetting along the way.

Cordless power that keeps pace

Twin 1000 mAh lithium cells power the burr through up to 18 grinds on a single charge, according to Outin's own lab testing. When it does need topping up, fast charging over the included USB-C cable takes around an hour. There are no cords to trail across a worktop and nothing to plug in at the point of use, which is exactly what makes fresh grinding viable at a campsite or in a hotel room.

Built to leave the kitchen

Everything about the Fino assumes it will travel. The body is 73 mm across, 199 mm tall and 690 g, in food-grade plastic, aluminium and silicone, with a detachable grind catch. The box includes a custom-fit protective pouch, a dosing funnel lid, a cleaning brush with air blower and a hex key, so the maintenance kit travels with it. Airlines require it to fly in carry-on luggage only, unused in flight, and pairing it with Outin's Nano or Mino espresso makers calls for grind setting 2-1 or higher.
