Mineral Green with Chrome trim suits kitchens built around cool greys and clean metal, where a green cooker adds colour without warming everything up. The specification is unchanged from the rest of the Classic FX 90 line: a five-burner gas hob, cast iron pan supports and one 114-litre multifunction electric oven rated A.
What makes the single cavity work is the removable divider. With the panel fitted, only the right-hand side heats and the left acts as a plate warmer on residual heat, which is what you want on a Tuesday. Remove it and all seven multifunction settings run across the full 114 litres, with shelves supplied for both arrangements.
Ideal For
A 114-litre cavity on five shelf levels takes a roast, potatoes and vegetables together, and the five graded gas burners keep the rest of the meal moving on the hob.
Fit the energy saving panel and only half the oven heats. It is a sensible way to cook for one or two without firing a 90cm cavity for a single tray.
Seven oven functions, a 4.0 kW wok burner and cast iron pan supports give you real control, from base heat for pastry to fanned grilling with the door closed.

Most 90cm range cookers split the space into two cavities. Rangemaster takes the other route here: a single 114-litre oven with a divider you can fit or remove. Fitted, the panel heats only the right-hand side, which is the size you want most evenings, and the left side sits warm on residual heat for plates. Removed, the whole cavity runs on any of the seven functions with five shelf levels available. You get the flexibility of two ovens without permanently losing space to a partition.
What the seven functions actually do
Fan, fan assisted and conventional cooking will handle almost everything you put in the oven, and the difference between them is how evenly and how quickly heat moves. Fanned grilling lets you grill with the door closed. Defrost circulates cold air with no heat applied. The two that get overlooked are browning and base heat: one crisps a cheese topping at the end of a bake, the other drives heat up through the floor of the cavity for quiche, pizza and pastry bases that would otherwise stay pale.
Living with a 90cm dual fuel cooker
Dual fuel means gas on the hob and electricity in the oven: instant flame control above, steady even heat below. It also means two services. The cooker arrives set for natural gas at 20 mbar and must be connected by a registered gas installer, with an LPG conversion kit available separately for bottled gas. On the electrical side it draws a maximum of 3.65 kW. It is 90cm wide, 60.8cm deep excluding handles and 123.08 kg, so plan the doorway and the delivery.
