Powerpoint 47cm 86L Under Counter Fridge Freezer

Not every kitchen has room for a tall fridge freezer. Powerpoint's P7531M/4-E fits under the counter, 84.5cm high and 47cm wide, and still gives you a fridge and a four-star freezer behind separate doors: 61 litres of fresh-food space below and 25 litres of frozen storage on top, 86 litres in all.

The fridge has a glass shelf, a crystal crisper with a glass cover, two door bins and an egg tray; the freezer has a door bin and an ice tray, and freezes 2kg of fresh food in 24 hours. Temperature is set on a mechanical dial, the door is reversible, the handle is recessed and the feet adjust. Rated E at 166kWh a year and 39dB, it suits a bedsit, a student flat, an office kitchen or a utility room, and the white finish matches most units.

What stands out

84.5cm tall, 47cm wide and 49.8cm deep, so it sits under a standard counter or in the corner of a utility room.

Separate fridge and freezer doors

Open the freezer without letting the cold out of the fridge, and the other way round.

86 litres of storage

A 61-litre fridge with a glass shelf, crisper and door bins, plus a 25-litre four-star freezer that freezes 2kg in 24 hours.

Mechanical control

A dial inside the fridge sets the temperature from 1 to 7; 4 is the everyday setting.
